Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with prior written approval (maximum 2 pets total). Cats, small dogs, large dogs, and other common household pets are permitted. Aggressive or restricted breeds (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, or mixes) are not allowed. All pets must be house-trained, current on vaccinations (rabies required), spayed/neutered where applicable, and registered with management before move-in (provide photos and vet records).
Strict Pet Waste Rule
Tenants must immediately clean up and properly dispose of ALL pet waste in the unit, shared backyard, porches, patios, and any common areas. Leaving pet waste behind at any time — for any reason — is strictly prohibited. Waste must be picked up right away and placed in trash receptacles.
Fees (per pet):
• Non-refundable pet fee: $50.00
• Refundable pet deposit: $250.00
• Monthly pet rent: $25.00 (added to monthly rent)
Tenants are 100% responsible for any damage, odors, fleas, or cleanup costs caused by pets (deducted from deposits or billed directly). Professional cleaning required at move-out.
